How it works

Step 1: Select Your Handset

You can search for your handset using the dropdown on their home page or the search area.

Step 2: Complete The Order Form

On the page you are taken to after selecting your model, you will see an order form. You need to input some basic personal details and your phone's IMEI number - to find this type * # 0 6 # on the phone. We only need to know the first 15 digits. They may also need to know what network the phone is currently locked to.

Step 3: Complete The Payment

Payment can be made online using a credit/debit care or a PayPal account. Once payment has gone through they will send a receipt email, and a separate order confirmation email.

Step 4: Receive Your Unlock Code By Email

At some point within the estimated delivery time they will email you your unlock code (unless there are unexpected delays with specific suppliers) or software download link and login details.

Step 5: Enter Your Unlock Code

In the email with your unlock codes will either be the complete unlocking instructions or a link to the instructions on how to use the code to unlock your phone. Your phone will then be permanently unlocked and able to be used on any network.

This varies by make and model. Once you have entered your phone and network details they confirm the cost and give you an estimated delivery time.
